# Discount Codes

If you’ve received a **discount code** for Scripe, follow this guide to apply it and get started:

## How to Apply a Discount Code

* Go to [scripe.io](http://scripe.io) and create an account.
* Complete the onboarding process.
* Select one of the [plans](/started/plans) and choose between Monthly or Yearly billing.
* Before paying, enter your code by clicking on **Add promotion code**.

<Note>
  Promo codes will only apply after your trial ends and your card is charged.
